Profile Cut Components
Our company manufactures high quality intricate shaped profile cut components according to the requirement of customers. We cut profiles of thickness ranging from 3 mm to 300 mm. We can cut up to a maximum size of 6.5 mts to 18 mts. Our production capacity per day is 30 Tonnes. Our components are manufactured within a tolerance range of 1mm. We ensure maximum utilization of raw material by minimizing wastage which is obtained by our nesting software. We have installed 2 CNC profile cut machines and 10 template type machines for high accuracy and speedy delivery. These Precision Profile Cut Components are manufactured using tested steel supplied by reputed manufacturers. Our components after further processing are exported to Japan, Germany, USA and other countries all over the world. We undertake Job work also.
